Do you source your products locally?

Yes, we are proud to support local farmers and suppliers by sourcing many of our products from within the region, ensuring high quality and sustainability.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Maestro. Additionally, we accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for a quick and secure checkout experience. Please see our Payments Policy


Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer local delivery or store pick-up?

In-Store Pick-Up: For customers outside our local delivery area, we provide an in-store pick-up service. Orders must be collected directly from our store in Maldon, Essex. Local customers are also welcome to use this service for added convenience.

Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery within a 4-mile radius of our store.

Outside a 4-Mile Radius: For orders outside of a 4-mile radius, there is a minimum spend of £50, but you will not be charged a delivery fee.

Deliveries: Deliveries will be made daily after 4pm

No Postal Deliveries: We do not offer postal delivery services. All orders must either be collected in-store or delivered locally.


Can I amend or cancel my order after it’s been placed?

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.


Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Yes, we offer refunds and exchanges for eligible items. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy for full details on how to process returns or exchanges.
