  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 48 hours of receipt. For perishable items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or are no longer in their original packaging.
  • Receipt: Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns.

Refunds

Exchanges?

We currently do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate and cover the return shipping costs.
